As Site Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, partnering closely with senior leadership and operational teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Finance Manager to provide manufacturing-focused financial support, ensuring cost efficiency, budget accuracy, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead cost analysis and oversee the creation of the manufacturing budget and costings. Manage key financial reporting across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Oversee inventory analysis, cycle counting, physical inventory, fixed assets, and E&O management. Drive cost reduction and productivity initiatives, tracking and validating monthly cost savings. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing financial insight and support. Continuously improve financial processes and IT systems in line with European business strategy and KPIs.
