£34,216 to £39,352 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: 37 hours per week. Alternating weeks of Monday to Thursday and Tuesday to Friday.
We are looking for a skilled and driven Assistive Technologies Service Manager to lead our Careline Assistive Technology Technical team. You will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, and developing new and innovative assistive technology solutions.
This role will require you to:
1. Manage the installation and maintenance of assistive technology solutions
2. Ensure the service responds effectively to life-critical incidents
3. Oversee research and development in assistive technology, working with partners and suppliers
4. Lead and develop a team of Senior Assistive Technologies Technicians
5. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and regulatory policies
6. Deputise for the Assistive Technologies Manager as needed

The Experience you will bring
1. Experience managing technical teams, service desks, or support operations
2. Knowledge of telecommunications, telecare, and telehealth solutions
3. Understanding of safeguarding and data protection policies
4. Experience managing budgets and financial monitoring
5. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
6. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
7. Experience working in shift-based or on-call environments
8. Functional knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
