Job Description
As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights. By leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail, you will help drive operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our clients' businesses.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs
2. Analyze complex data sets and transform them into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
3. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, templates, and tools
4. Create and automate recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
5. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for improvements
6. Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity
7. Present findings and reports to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
1. Working experience with NetSuite (Should be able to create reporting and graphs from NetSuite) is non-negotiable
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics)
3. Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
4. Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup)
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
7. Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
