Class 1 Driver
Here at HireGiant, we are looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
This thriving national company focuses on deliveries to clients across the UK. There is a possible opportunity for the Class 1 Driver to be placed on a temp to permanent basis should they perform well without any incidents.
The Role:
The Class 1 Driver will be required to work Monday to Friday, starting at 06:00 AM and finishing around 17:00 PM. The work starts immediately and involves making 5 - 7 local deliveries of the company products on a flatbed truck. Flatbed experience is needed due to the nature of the work, along with HGV flatbed experience. You must be competent with strapping a load securely to follow HSE regulations.
Requirements for this role:
1. Cat C+E entitlement on their licence
2. Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
3. Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
The hourly rate for this role is:
£16.00 - £17.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, PAYE.
