Business Development Executive (Higher Education Student Recruitment)
QA Higher Education, London based, hybrid working, with UK travel.
Fulltime & Permanent Opportunity, Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm with occasional weekends and evenings
As Business Development Executive you will be supporting our student recruitment UK & EU team in both retaining existing business and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include business development for two distinct divisions. For the agency team, the focus is on securing new partners, managing the entire prospecting process through to contracting in a B2B environment.
Additionally, the role involves driving business development activities for the direct recruitment team, including organising and attending events and exhibitions, managing referral agreements, and generating leads through LinkedIn. An important aspect of the role is also exploring and identifying new markets for growth and expansion for both the Home and EU teams.
An example, you will be sourcing new recruitment agents from concept to contract, who will provide our account management teams with prospective students for our undergraduate & postgraduate programmes.
A hugely rewarding market giving students the potential to develop and grow their knowledge and skills to progress their career opportunities.
Our role is hybrid working with travel throughout the UK on a regular basis.
