Exciting work you will be doing
Compliance
Using company CRM system for services and customer administration.
Envelope area/volume calculations from engineering drawings – both hard and soft copy using available professional software.
Liaising with clients to obtain technical drawings and information.
Dealing with customer bookings from initiation to completion of service.
Population of databases, including customer and order details input to operational systems.
Collaboratively processing and managing customer complaints and feedback and escalating to the correct contact point as and when required.
Collaboratively processing engineer and client enquiries and escalating to the correct contact point as and when required.
Ensuring high standard of customer service, including dealing with queries, provision of quotations, updating on the status of service provision, etc.
Maximising resource efficiency through effective future allocation via the internal booking system.
Disseminating and sharing knowledge as well as training other staff members in your area of expertise as and when possible.
Undertaking intra-departmental cross-functional activities as and when required e.g., Quality Assurance, call covers and other administrative activities. Covering for Estimator and/or Senior Estimator during absence and holiday seasons.

Skills Required:
* Excellent mathematical skills in order to perform envelope area/volume calculation on complex details.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
* Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word.
* Ability to work proactively without supervision and as an effective team member.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Innovative thinking and a creative approach to problem solving.
* Ability to interpret construction engineering drawings (desired).
* Thorough understanding of Building Regulations/Standards Part E, L, F, 3, 5 & 6, and associated test standards and ATTMA, CIBSE, Passivhaus methodologies (desired).
* Good working knowledge of electrics/background of working with electric equipment (desired).
* PAT testing knowledge (valid training certificate will be beneficial) (desired).
* Fleet/vehicle control experience (desired).
* Stock and asset control experience (desired).
* Extensive knowledge of Siclops System (desired).
* Assisting with continuous departmental improvement by feedback, ideas and suggestions where applicable.
* Contributing to and ensuring compliance with ISO and other company accreditations.
* Control and organisation of all equipment calibration.
* Creation and/or updating of all required filing and administration.
* PAT testing.
* Resolving engineer problems and requests relating to equipment.
* Packing, shipping of equipment and liaising with couriers as and when required.
* Fleet administration e.g. service checks, fuel cards etc.
* Vehicles checks and support with vehicles maintenance.
* Liaising with garage for minor repairs and end of lease service/checks/repairs.
* End of lease process management.
* Ordering stock and replacement equipment as and when required following authorisation.
* Arranging for any equipment repairs as required.
* Uploading information into Siclops system.
* Any other duties commensurate with the role.
All BSRIA Company fleet administration, including pool and allocated vehicles.
Service checks.
Vehicle checks and minor repairs.
Support vehicle maintenance.
Liaising with garage for minor repairs and end of lease service/checks/repairs.
