Job Title: PPA Teacher
Location: North West England, Lancashire, Skelmersdale
Job Type: Contract, Part-Time
Salary: £12.90 - £14.50 Per hour
- Deliver planned lessons during PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time for teachers
- Ensure a stimulating, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess and record student progress
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs
- Additional training in special education or inclusive teaching practises
- Experience working with children with diverse learning needs
- Part-time hours as per the contract
- Work in a primary school setting in Skelmersdale
- Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
