Account Management Team Lead
Our rapidly growing Herefordshire based client are seeking an experienced Account Management Team Lead to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage a busy, growing team of ambitious and service driven professionals to provide retention and growth to customers ensuring a well-oiled sales process and a second to none service delivery.

What you will be doing:
* Maintaining excellent relationships with customers to give a world class service & communications
* Team supervision - guiding & mentoring the account management team
* Performance Management - Setting goals, conducting performance reviews and leading daily/weekly huddles to discuss any customer challenges/scenarios to support our seamless experience to customers
* Resource Allocation - Ensuring the team is staffed appropriately to ensure the team is meeting targets
* Delivering on ‘standards of practice ’Driving GP growth with exceptional service & retention
* Managing customer quote opportunities in the pipeline and fanatically following up to build on growth
* Look out for new opportunities within our customer base, through interactions or social media, feeding them to relevant sales reps/BDMs
* Overseeing the quote requests/opportunities to ensure that all areas are actioned within 60 mins where applicable
* Achieving consistent sales results and hitting monthly targets
* Align our core values Using Salesforce CRM tools, to ensure all interactions of relevance are documented
* Working with other depts where applicable to deliver on the needs of our clients
* KPI Tracking - Monitoring KPI’s & customer satisfaction scores, revenue growth, retention rates & team productivity
* Onboarding new team members, training them through all processes correctly
* Reporting to senior team leaders regarding team performance, client satisfaction and continuous improvement - promoting ongoing training, and implement improvements to team processes
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrate progressive account management / sales, supervisory experience desirable
* Strong administration experience across ERP, CRM and reporting within a sales environment
* Client focused mindset, putting the clients needs & satisfaction at the forefront of any decision-making
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities to motivate, inspire & guide the team where needed to meet business objectives and get the best out of your day
* Problem-solving abilities to address & resolve team or client issues quickly & efficiently
* Tenacious with the flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on the situation and customer feedback to facilitate growth
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Happy to be office based in Hereford
