SITE MANAGER REQUIRED Net Temps Limited is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a temporary basis for one of our clients. The Client: The client is a Building and Construction firm who is currently operating on several projects across the UK, including many new build education sites. The Opportunity: Working as a Site Manager you will be based on the current site they have in Selby for 18 months. Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction, especially new build projects. Duties: Project planning and scheduling: Develop and maintain timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Supervision of on-site activities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordination of subcontractors and trades: Organise and manage different trades to maintain workflow and prevent delays. Health and safety enforcement: Ensure all site workers follow safety regulations, reducing risks and promoting a safe work environment. Progress monitoring and reporting: Track project milestones, assess work quality, and report updates to stakeholders. The Role / Experience & Responsibilities: The client requires a Site Manager who is able to work in Selby. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after: MUST have SMSTS and CSCS REQUIRED to have a background in Building and Construction IDEALLY be local to Selby REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots) MUST have working reference MUST have the right to work in the UK Pay: Day rate is between £250 - £300 but can be negotiable dependant on experience.
