As Business Development Manager, you will receive support through regular training to ensure you remain at the forefront of the business development industry and progress in your career.
Business Development Manager Role and Responsibilities
As the business’s new Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with delivering against set targets for booking meetings and lead generation for the company’s Account Directors:
* Actively prospecting to C-level clients.
* Generating leads and opening up relationships within enterprise-level clients.
* Booking meetings for Account Directors.
* Learning from and shadowing Account Directors to help your own development.

* The ability to prospect and generate leads from scratch.
* Previous experience building and developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Experience winning business through consultative sales approaches.
* The ability to develop relationships by building trust with key stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience delivering and overachieving annual sales targets.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
