What you will do:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Children's Single Point of Access Team.
* Support and manage a team of social workers, providing guidance and supervision to ensure high standards of service delivery.
* Ensure that MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) processes are implemented effectively, seeking opportunities to improve outcomes for children.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support.
* Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of workflows and assessment processes.
