About the Role
As a Chartered Surveyor, youll be responsible for conducting detailed property assessments, providing expert advice, and ensuring clients have the insights they need to make informed decisions. No two days will be the same, youll be out and about, visiting properties, meeting clients, and compiling accurate reports that shape property transactions. My client can offer you a wealth of experience which will be fantastic for the foundation of your career Stone, they have over 250 years experience in this practice.

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Your role will include:
* Homebuyer Reports Conducting detailed inspections of residential properties, identifying any defects, and advising clients on necessary repairs or maintenance.
* Valuations Providing professional valuations for a range of purposes, including mortgage lending, probate, and property sales.
* Defect Analysis Identifying structural issues, damp, subsidence, or other potential risks, ensuring clients understand any concerns before making a purchase.
* Land Valuation Assessing land for development potential, legal considerations, and market value.
* Property Visits Travelling across Yorkshire to inspect residential properties, meet clients, and provide clear, well-structured reports.
Key Requirements
* Experience in residential surveying
* Newly qualified SAVA or RICS accreditation
* Strong analytical and report-writing skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
