Manage and motivate a team of dedicated staff and volunteers. Ensure efficient stock management and resource allocation. Promote Cancer Research UK’s values within the community. Develop and implement strategies to increase donations and sales. Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Assisting with the implementation of national volunteer recruitment campaigns. Supporting other divisional and national projects. Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs. Deputising for the Area Manager as required. What are we looking for? Proven experience in a similar role. Ideally suited to someone who has been a Cluster Manager or Relief Manager looking for their next step. A collaborative and successful retail manager. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and inspire a team. Adaptability in changing situations, including being able to work effectively independently. Comfort working within targets and motivating others to achieve those targets. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Experience in retail or charity sector is a plus.
