This is an exciting new post within the children with disabilities team in Redcar.
We are looking for an experienced social worker to join our team as a review social worker. This post is for 29 hours a week at a grade G.
The main duties will include holding review cases under child in need who have a package of direct payment support only. The role will involve completing annual review assessments, 6 monthly child in need review meetings and 12 weekly home visits.
The role will also include completing social care advice for children who are not already open to a service as part of the education and health care plan assessment process.
