JOB MISSION:
To oversee Raw Materials and Goods In located at the TA warehouse, to ensure a proactive service is provided to all internal and external customers.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITES:
1. Support the Warehouse areas in ensuring legal compliance with all HSE legislation and guidance. Implementing workplace safety standards and addressing any accidents or issues which arise.
2. Lead, support and motivate the Warehouse Team, providing clear and consistent feedback, coaching and developmental opportunities including timely and meaningful appraisals.
3. Responsible for Aurora stock accuracy in the RM warehouses, investigating errors and putting in place processes to maximise the stock accuracy in these warehouses.
4. Work with Manufacturing to ensure materials are delivered on-time and as required to minimize operational disruption.
5. Work with the Quality Department and Materials Sourcing to improve incoming material quality while controlling material cost.
6. Ensure all management systems are adhered to, maintaining our Accreditation Standards e.g. ISO14001, OHSAS18001.
7. Drive forward a proactive customer focused approach (both internal and external customers).
8. Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
9. Managing financial records and ensuring operations stay within budget.
