The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join a dynamic team. As part of their M&E services, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
2. Troubleshooting: Identify faults and perform diagnostic tests on AC units, ensuring prompt resolutions.
3. System Servicing: Conduct routine servicing of air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
4. Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients regarding job progress and recommendations.
5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
6. Project Support: Assist in project delivery, providing technical input and support to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
2. Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, F-Gas, NVQ, or equivalent).
3. Sound knowledge of HVAC systems and associated technology.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Full UK driving license.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Health & Safety awareness and relevant certifications.
