Skills Coach - Construction [NBK3653]
Salary: Pro rata of £26,451 - £28,907 per annum (i.e. £13,225.50 - £14,453.50)
Working pattern: 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Are you an experienced and passionate Construction professional looking to share your skills with the next generation of Bricklayers and Carpenters? Northbrook College is recruiting for a Construction Skills Coach to join our team and help shape our students' future careers by supporting their development of vocational competence and the wider skills that relate to employability.

As our Construction Skill Coach, you will support students throughout their learning journey and provide them with a high-quality learning experience which will enable them to develop their knowledge and skills. A significant collaboration with local employers is envisaged to support the students’ apprenticeship journey.
As our Construction Skills Coach, you will have experience in the relevant industry sector and experience of assessing in the vocational sector and liaising with external clients and organisations. You will need to be able to travel independently between workplaces, have a flexible approach and liaise with employers and the College to ensure a successful and timely completion.

This role is fixed term for 2 years.
