Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
Drive financial performance, optimize revenue, and manage budgets effectively.
Oversee and implement brand standards, maintaining top-tier service quality.
Act as a brand ambassador, building strong community and business relationships.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
What We’re Looking For:
5-10 years of hotel management experience (or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Passion for delivering True Hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
