Senior Product Manager – Seamless Brand Experience
Maidenhead - Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
Contract - Initial 5 months
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery phase of a strategic roadmap that will define and prioritize features to create a consistent brand experience across physical venues and digital channels. This role is pivotal in aligning customer journeys, integrating touchpoints, and enhancing engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the cross-channel discovery phase to align customer experiences across venues (e.g., physical stores) and digital platforms.
* Conduct research to identify gaps in the brand experience and analyse customer behaviour across channels.
* Develop a clear vision and high-level roadmap to ensure a seamless brand experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, IT, operations, customer service) to ensure buy-in and feasibility.
* Deliver a documented strategy that enhances customer engagement, conversion, and retention across channels.
What You’ll Do:
* Conduct market and user research, analyse data, and benchmark against competitors to uncover best practices and improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to create customer journey maps and identify areas for cross-channel integration.
* Define the vision and goals for seamless brand experiences, identifying key features (e.g., integrated loyalty programs).
* Prioritize initiatives and create a high-level roadmap with key milestones and success metrics.
* Present research findings and roadmap strategy to senior leadership and internal teams.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in product management, ideally with a focus on cross-channel or omnichannel customer experiences.
* Strong skills in customer research, data analysis, and journey mapping.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders from different departments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and execute on multiple tasks.
