ROLE PURPOSE
The role of Account Executive is integral to our internal sales operations. The role provides crucial support to the EV Specialist team within our appointed representative, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our customers by providing the information and service they need to make informed decisions.
This is a high-volume, office-based position that requires a strong commitment to customer care and meeting and exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
Working in a fast-paced environment, daily performance is judged on efficiency, accuracy, service orientation compliance, output, and follow-up.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supporting Leasing Consultants and EV Specialist with responding to customer enquiries and requests for information and quotations.
2. Ensure prompt, courteous, professional, and accurate responses.
3. Manage a high volume of enquiries, typically handling 10-30 requests per day, with 2-3 quotations per 2-3 vehicles, per enquiry.
4. Follow clear and concise instructions from EV Specialist to ensure the right information is provided to the customer to make an informed purchase decision.
5. Prepare and deliver quotations for customer vehicle leasing, including lead times and pricing information.
6. Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance with company policies.
7. Research market for best discount, strongest funder (multiple or single funder involved), mileage, extras.
8. Strive to meet and exceed set SLA targets for response and quotation delivery.
9. Consistently maintain a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
10. When EV Specialist confirms a sale, get order packed together for sales admin to be able to place the order, ensuring the process runs smoothly for the end-user.
11. Gain and maintain strong vehicle product and market knowledge.
12. Maintain regular follow-up with EV Specialist and customers to ensure their needs are met and to assist in the conversion of sales.
Stakeholder Communication
1. Build and maintain strong relationships internally, especially with EV Specialist and Sales Administration teams.
2. Maintain and develop strong communication skills.
3. At times, liaise with and influence key external stakeholders such as dealerships, manufacturers, and funders to deliver the best outcome for our customers.
4. Collaborate with the finance company to obtain quotes and manage paperwork efficiently.
