Your Impact - You will ensure timely preparation and submission of both UK and Overseas legal entity statutory reporting and tax returns, in accordance with local GAAP/ IFRS and other reporting standards - You will be responsible for timely preparation and submission of regulatory and compliance reports & surveys - You will support the analytical review process, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with VAT return preparation - You will establish and manage strong relationships with the tax team, external auditors and tax advisors - You will support the manager with common processes, and other adhoc projects to drive efficiency and quality improvements within team Your Experience and Qualifications - Professional accounting qualification (e.g.ACA, CA, ACCA or CIMA) - Strong technical understanding of local GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS for financial reporting, including knowledge of overseas legislation and requirements - Experience with statutory automation tools, including the use of RPA and AI - Advanced Excel skills, including pivots and formulas.
