About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Act as the public face of the business.
* Providing a ‘meet and greet’ service
* Schedule repair bookings
* Guide customers through our repair claim process
* Update repair management systems
* Process insurance claims excess payments
* Answer telephone enquiries from customers who have been involved in an accident
This position requires initiative, attention to detail and an ability to deliver great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
