As an Account Handler working as part of a team, you'll help to provide a professional & diligent service in this specialist area, placing & renewing a wide range of insurance products to their existing clients & new business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Handler with Agricultural Insurance experience or, with a background in Commercial Insurance - with a willingness & capability to expand your knowledge in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide quotes for new enquiries & existing clients
2. Process renewals & mid-term adjustments
3. Keep up to date with progress of client claims
4. Develop & maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions & transactions
6. Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
1. 1 year+ experience in commercial insurance sales is essential.
2. Experience in Agricultural and Commercial insurance is an advantage
3. Excellent administrative & organisational skills
4. Detail oriented & analytical skills
5. Professional yet interpersonal customer service skills
6. Outstanding communication skills both face-to-face & on the telephone
7. Previous experience with Acturis is a plus
8. Relevant certifications in insurance brokerage an advantage
