Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a 2nd Line Information Technology Technician at Labyrinth IT Solutions in Yeovil. The role involves troubleshooting and providing technical support for computer systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions to enhance user skills and knowledge. We would also welcome applications from applicants considering a Level 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship. Please note this is an onsite position which requires full office attendance.
Qualifications
