They are currently recruiting for a Client Development Manager who will have a UK remit working from a site based in Northamptonshire or Yorkshire, depending on your location. The role offers some hybrid working, allowing the successful applicant to split their time between the office and remote work.
This fast-paced environment will suit an experienced Account Manager with the ability to nurture current accounts whilst also generating new & existing business within B2B Point of Sale marketing solutions. The role will entail an equal split between managing existing business and identifying new business leads.

* Offering a highly competitive salary plus bonus with an OTE of circa £65,000 per annum

About the Client Development Manager Role
As the Client Development Manager, you will nurture existing customers whilst also acquiring new customers across the whole of the UK, working as a team to drive business growth.
Other responsibilities of the Client Development Manager include:
* Expanding the customer base, identifying B2B sales opportunities, and optimising marketing strategies.
* Work closely with new and existing customers, building lasting relationships & actively managing their projects through to completion.
* Develop a pipeline of direct display temporary POS users, foster intercompany relationships, and enhance structural design to gain a competitive edge.
* Manage account portfolios' budget expectations.
About You
As the Client Development Manager, you will be an experienced client manager with the confidence to develop and nurture long term relationships with a range of customers across the UK.
Other requirements of the Client Development Manager include:
* You will ideally be degree qualified with post graduate experience in a related field
* Knowledge of POS, retail display unitsor packaging will be highly advantageous although not essential
* Essential knowledge of retail environments and products
* Strong consultative sales approach with a solid level of technical understanding
* A strong networker, leveraging networking tools to maximise reach and build industry credibility
* Proven experience project managing high value technical projects from initial enquiry through to completion
* Experience in driving new business development with both existing and new customers
