The Role:
My client has an opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join a leading International food manufacturer. This is a high profile Senior Brand Manager role where a strong consumer focus, results orientated yet creative outlook is needed. Classical brand marketing experience is sought with a background in FMCG (ideally healthy food). Reporting to the Country Director for the UK with a strong dotted line into the Global Head of Marketing and as part of an international marketing team, you will have consumer marketing responsibility for a strategically important, health food focused brand that can truly say it helps to saves lives!
The Responsibilities:
* Hands on individual, someone who will seek to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* You will have a winning mindset, top notch commercial & innovation acumen, a passion for building brands as well as creative campaign activation
* PR, local community building and digital storytelling through excellent content creation are important marketing tools on this fabulous brand, but you will have full autonomy and the ability to influence how we do marketing at a local level to drive long term and short term brand growth. Traditional advertising channels are also utilised to build brand love!

* Communication in person to continually build rapport and relationships first hand. 2 days a week in the UK office is requested with some international travel.
* This newly elevated Senior Brand Manager role will be both demanding and rewarding in equal measure!

Profile needed:
* Profound understanding of UK FMCG business
* Degree level or equivalent
* 7-10 years experience in brand management
* Experience in PR & digital
* Experience in traditional media channels such as TV
* Experience working on product innovation
* Consumer and sales oriented mindset
* Excellence in budget management
* A proactive and resilient mindset
* Excellent people/relationship building skills
* Experience in inspiring people
* Ability and willingness to think outside the box
* Ability and willingness to find innovative solutions rather than address problems
* Excellent presentation and project management skills
