We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: • Support the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community. • Support the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity. • Provide musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment in an outpatient setting through face to face and virtual pathways. • To accept clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients, and to organise this effectively and efficiently, taking into account clinical priorities and use of time. • To undertake comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment of patients including those with a variety of simple to complex presentations. • To keep up-to-date with clinical protocols, guidelines, pathways and new trends, developments and research for the benefit of clinical practice. Applicants should meet the following criteria: • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. • Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. • Commitment to team working and service improvement.
