* Talent Reviews - Partner with HR and business leaders to drive impactful talent reviews. Collect, analyse, and present key talent and performance data to support strategic decision-making.
* Performance Management - Support HR Heads in fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure managers and employees fully understand the process - from setting clear objectives to performance measurement and reward alignment.
* Insights & Reporting - Track and analyse talent & performance trends, providing business with data-driven insights that shape a strong, results-focused talent solutions.
* Engagement & Climate Survey - Lead the annual engagement survey process, ensuring seamless execution, insightful analysis, and actionable follow-up to drive meaningful improvements.
* Capability Development - Identify gaps in leadership and management capability, working with the LD team to design impactful development programmes that strengthen performance across the business.
* Talent Innovation Projects - Contribute to strategic talent initiatives, exploring new and innovative approaches to developing, retaining, and engaging top talent.
* Tools & Systems Enhancement - Collaborate with Digital and IT teams to enhance digital tools that streamline and improve our talent & performance processes., Career Growth - Build deep expertise in Talent & Performance or develop towards leadership, with local and international opportunities.
* HR Exposure - Gain cross-functional experience, with pathways into other HR specialisms or HR Business Partnering.
* Challenge & Innovation - Work on stimulating projects, experiment with ideas, and drive creative talent solutions.

Our ways of working Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You'll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a day of your choice in the office (either Edinburgh or London) and can work from home on two days, although but you're more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too. This role also requires a few travels per year to our UK Brewery and Cider sites (Manchester, Tadcaster and Hereford). In May we'll be moving our Edinburgh office to a fantastic new office at 6 St Andrew Square - right in the heart of the city centre. The office is in a great location with excellent public transport links so it's really easy to get to whether you're travelling by train, bus or tram! With a brilliant selection of restaurants, bars, shops and our very own Star Pubs on our doorstep, you'll be spoilt forchoice for extracurricular activities. And if you fancy catch up after hours with your colleagues, our in-house bar with fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle might just be the spot for you!
