We are seeking an exceptional Lift Attendant to join the Claridge’s team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
* To provide a pleasant, welcome and courteous service to all guests and visitors;
* To answer lift calls immediately, efficiently and safely, enquiring of guests and visitors to which floor they wish to go;
* To open and close the lift door and gate in a quiet, speedy, efficient and safe manner and to ensure the cleanliness of the lift;
* To direct guests and visitors to room numbers on the floors and to assist with directions and points of interest.
Entry Requirements
* Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
* Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
* Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment.
* Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong customer care skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Immaculate personal presentation and confident, professional and welcoming personality.
