The Allied Health Clinical Education Lead is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of clinical education services across Allied Health. This includes both staff clinical education and student clinical education. You will lead, coordinate, and support high-quality interprofessional education and learning opportunities for staff and students, ensuring the development of a sustainable clinical education and training program tailored to the learning needs of all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
* A dynamic leader with a deep understanding of clinical education in Allied Health.
* Proven experience in coordinating education programs, student placements, and interprofessional collaboration.
* Strong communication skills to advocate for and represent Allied Health education at various internal and external levels.
* Ability to stay current with government, professional, health sector, and academic requirements and ensure compliance with relevant policies and governance standards.
