Staff Nurse – Haematology/Oncology

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join our dynamic and committed Cancer Nursing Team at HCA at UCH, a specialist cancer centre currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. As part of our ongoing commitment to clinical innovation, we provide cutting-edge treatments, including our JACIE-accredited bone marrow/stem cell transplant service and the newly developed CART T-cell therapy programme. As a Staff Nurse on our haematology/oncology ward, you’ll be working alongside a dedicated team to provide cutting-edge treatments to patients, with ample opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
You will have the opportunity to gain specialist knowledge and skills in haematology/oncology nursing, including training in the administration of SACT, stem cell treatments, and other innovative anti-cancer therapies. What you’ll bring:
1. Registered Nurse – NMC Pin
2. Experience in an acute nursing environment within a hospital
3. Experience within haematology or oncology setting
4. SACT chemotherapy certification desirable
