Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. The role is working on a responsive repairs contract MOD housing, dealing with Gas breakdown and repairs.
2. Arranging engineers to visit tenants' properties to carry out repairs.
3. Liaising with engineers and tenants over the phone.
4. Inputting information on a database and Excel spreadsheet.
5. Making outgoing calls to customers.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
1. Excellent general office admin experience.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Previous customer service experience.
4. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook emails.
Office-based role Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (parking available at office).
