We are seeking a highly motivated Sterile Services Supervisor within our Sterile Services team. As a supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of sterilisation and infection control across our healthcare facility.
You will manage daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with industry regulations to support the safety and well being of our patients and staff.

The Sterile Services Supervisor will have the overall responsibility for the supervision of all Trainee and Technician staff within the decontamination unit areas.
The post holder is required to adhere to their responsibilities as recommended in HTM01 & HTM 06 guidance and to adhere to the standards expected of the UK MDR regulations and ISO13485:2016 (Quality Assurance/Systems Regulations)
The post holder is required to support the SSD Team Leaders with the maintenance of records for the SSD Quality Management System in line with required UK MDR and ISO 13485 accreditation.
