As Visitor Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering our visitor experience, including: Engaging with the local communityPartnership workingVolunteer recruitment and managementCollaborating with our communications team to deliver promotional activities, particularly social media contentYou’ll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure a cohesive visitor experience while aligning with HQ strategy for reserves delivery.
