What You Will Be Doing As a Graduate, you will get the opportunity to work both with experienced engineers, where you’ll learn and develop on the ships and projects with the MoD. You will play a pivotal part in suggestions surrounding electronic product content, optimise hardware and software design concepts, develop sophisticated designs and test complex products. Gaining exposure to the entire project lifecycle, you’ll play a key role in both maintaining our existing systems and developing new technologies. You will use academic knowledge to understand theories and concepts of electronic engineering. Under technical supervision, contribute to design and design maintenance tasks in support of both new products and technology insertions into legacy products. Duties And Responsibilities Assessment of equipment behaviour and fault diagnosis. Assessment of new technologies and components. Conducting laboratory tests and capturing data. Circuit/firmware simulation and modelling. Data analysis. Preparation of technical reports. Skills As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
