An exciting opportunity has arisen—we are looking for a passionate and dedicated People & Culture Advisor to join our growing COYA family About the Role: As a People & Culture Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to the business, supporting managers and employees while driving key People & Culture initiatives. You will support the Head of People & Culture UK to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and engagement programs, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This is a hands-on, varied role that requires a strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and ensure compliance with onboarding and induction programs to welcome new team members into the COYA family. · Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the People & Culture department, making sure all policies and procedures are adhered to · Lead and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, social events and recognition programs to foster a positive working environment. · Be responsible for end-to-end ER management and provide support to managers for employee relation matters. · Champion COYA’s values of fun, family, innovation, passion, and culture in all People & Culture initiatives. · Work closely with the People & Culture Coordinator to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance. · Work alongside the Head of People & Culture UK to streamline and improve HR processes · Support the Head of People & Culture in creating, implementing and driving the people strategy and employer branding to enhance workplace culture. · Support and advise on the development of training programs to enhance leadership and team performance. · Provide support with succession planning, ensuring key talent is identified, retained, and developed. · Support in HR projects, change management initiatives, and policy development to drive operational excellence. What we’re looking for: · 2 years of experience in a People & Culture/HR role, ideally within hospitality. · Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems (experience with HARRI is a plus) · Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for people and culture. · Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
