Your new role As a Site Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, monitor project progress, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Additionally, you will resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience of managing civil engineering projects, preferably within the utilities, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors taking projects from inception through to completion. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations is required, along with proficiency in project management software and tools.
