Maintenance Manager – The Store Hotel, Oxford The Store Hotel is a new luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of Oxford, housed in the historic Boswells department store. With 101 beautifully designed rooms, we offer guests a unique blend of heritage and modern comfort. We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure our hotel runs smoothly and remains in top condition. If you're a skilled problem solver with a passion for keeping things in perfect working order, we’d love to hear from you The role: Oversee hotel maintenance, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction. Perform general repairs in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, and masonry. Conduct routine checks and log reports as required. What you will bring: Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and decorating. Relevant qualifications ideal. Experience in a hotel setting is desirable but not essential. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Understanding of compliance, safety, and emergency protocols.
