Aspire Jobs are pleased to be working in an exclusive partnership with our client, a well-established, fast-paced electronic manufacturing business.
Now looking for an additional Sales Administrator to join their small but close-knit sales team. The purpose of the Sales Administrator will be to build and develop relationships with customers to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for liaising with internal departments to communicate the customers’ needs.
This fast-paced role would suit someone with strong customer service skills and ethos, who has a good telephone manner and isn't frightened of picking up the phone to customers. You will be the main customer contact for around 20 customers ranging from small to large and will work closely with the production departments. You will be able to interpret technical language and jargon (with training) and relay that information back to your customers so that they fully understand the process.
Our client works across many different sectors, and quality is key to everything they do. They have AS9100 and ISO9001 certifications, so if you have worked to quality procedures or within electronics or manufacturing previously, it would be helpful but is not essential.
This is a caring company where teamwork is key. Everyone cares about the company and the quality of both the work produced and the relationships with customers. Most of their business is won from referrals or repeat customers. They are passionate and maintain a family feel even as they have grown over the years. Individuals are rewarded for efficiencies and output of work.
