Responsibilities
1. Full ownership of channel partner relationships and growth plans.
2. Attend partner and end-user meetings, supporting Honeywell sales engagements.
3. Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets and maintain CRM data integrity.
4. Report weekly on partner performance, sales progress, and key performance indicators.
5. Promote Honeywell solutions and ensure partner training on current and new products.
Key Skills and Qualifications
6. Proven track record of sales success, especially in Supply Chain solutions.
7. Hunter sales mentality with strong end-user and channel partner support.
8. Experience in the ADIC marketplace with ability to demonstrate business value.
9. Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented, focused on both short-term wins and long-term growth.
10. Willingness to travel within and outside the region as business requires.
