Your primary focus will be to deliver professional customer support to all clients over the telephone and via email. Salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (pro rata) Onsite parking Modern, busy & motivated team Part Time, fully office based role Days / Times flexible Key responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service to clients, buyers and third parties Responsible for handling front line telephone calls and email enquiries Be a dedicated contact and manage relationships with customers, both internal and external Process a new customer applications ensuring that all personal details are accurate Resolving any complaints or queries in a timely manner What they are looking for: Proven experience in a customer support role is essential Strong numerary and literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail Ability to manage relationships with customers supporting with complaints or queries Professional and clear communicator, confident telephone manner Good data processing skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
