We are looking for a Lead Practitioner Psychologist with strong CBT and motivational interviewing practice, who not only possess expertise in their work within drug and alcohol services, but have a passion for developing skills and supporting and supervising others in the delivery of psychologically informed work. You will be a compassionate and empathetic individual, with the ability to connect quickly with the people we support.
You will receive regular clinical supervision and professional support from a more senior Practitioner Psychologist in substance use and will be in a supportive environment, where you will be encouraged to develop your clinical skills as well as providing an opportunity to develop leadership skills, making a difference beyond your own individual practice.
We are open to applications from those who may be interested in working a hybrid model (3 days on-site), or who are interested in a part-time position (4 days min. per week). Please specify in your cover letter if this is something you would be interested in.
