Overview:
We are currently seeking a Stock Controller to join our team. This position involves managing stock accuracy, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. You'll be working closely with the Stock Control Manager to assist with stock investigations, order allocations, and various other tasks. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to occasionally work in cold storage conditions (up to -20°C), PPE will be provided.

Salary: £26.250.00
Shifts: 8.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (Days Only) 8:00 – 16:30.
Overtime: Available
Key Responsibilities:
Order Allocations: Allocate stock efficiently to fulfil orders and maintain stock accuracy.
Stock Investigations: Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Email Queries: Handle client queries via email, ensuring professional communication and swift resolution.
Stock Checks: Regularly check stock levels and maintain accurate records.
Warehouse Management Systems: Operate and update the WMS to track stock movements and inventory.
Covering Absences: Provide support to cover for team members during holidays or sickness absences.
Key Requirements:
Previous Stock Control Experience: Preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Ability to Work in Extreme Temperatures: Must be comfortable working in cold storage areas, with temperatures reaching up to -20°C (On occasion and for short periods of time).
Attention to Detail: Critical for maintaining accurate stock records and resolving any discrepancies.
Self-Motivated & Reliable: Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team Player: Proven ability to work well in a team and adapt to various tasks and challenges.
Flexible: Willing to work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
