Our leading professional services client based in Croydon are seeking a motivated and customer focused candidate to work within there accounting function as a Customer Service Administrator. Working as part of a team in a highly successful department, you will play a key role in responding to customer queries via email and resolving billing and general account queries

* £NEG up to £25.6k + extensive benefits + 33 days holiday + Birthday leave
* 3 month fixed term contract (potential for longer if needed)
Duties include:
1. Respond to customer queries via email relating to payments
2. Investigations / issue resolution
3. Update internal systems
4. Data entry and systems updates
5. Manage and prioritise high volumes of emails and system tasks
