Please note: This role requires nighttime work and flexible hours.
This is a 16 hour contract with overtime available. At Butlins we are committed to team welfare and do not do 'zero-hour' contracts, so we will guarantee at least 16 hours per week, but there will be an opportunity for additional hours.
Additionally we will fund all required training (such as SIA top-ups/upskilling and first aid) for you and you'll be paid whilst training and we will also fund or reimburse SIA License renewals for employed team.
This role does require the post-holder to be able to respond swiftly to incidents across the resort, working outdoors and standing/walking for long periods.
