HR Administrator - Temporary Role (3-Month Contract)
Glasgow (Fully On-Site)
Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are seeking two professional and motivated HR Administrators to join our People Services team on a temporary 3-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in HR administration or general office support to contribute to a key project within a fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:
Support the transfer of approximately 1,500 paper files to a digital database
Review right-to-work documentation
Collate up to 3,000 additional digital files into one storage location
Provide transactional administrative support across the employee lifecycle, specifically for new starters and references
Assist with other general HR administrative tasks as required
The successful HR Administrator will have:
Previous HR or administrative experience is ideal
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
Familiarity with HR systems and digital document management
Professional, reliable, and able to commit to the full duration of the contract
Strong organizational and communication skills
