What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Digital Planning, Culture and Practices Director, you will cultivate a digital first mindset across the organisation by promoting the adoption of digital tools and practices and encourage continuous learning and adaption. Development of Stakeholder Relationships : Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including the ability to lead and influence up to Director Level. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to drive digital transformation initiatives. Leadership of Digital and Cultural Change Programmes : Lead and manage digital and cultural change programmes, working across various business areas to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technologies and practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities, address challenges, and promote a cohesive and integrated approach to digital transformation. Performance Monitoring : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and cultural change efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining digital strategies and change management processes based on feedback and performance data. Risk Management : Identify potential risks associated with the change and develop strategies to mitigate them. What you’ll bring With a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading digital transformation and change management initiatives within an organisation of similar size and scale, you can demonstrate the dynamics and strategies used to successfully bolster a positive and inclusive workplace to successfully deliver cultural change initiatives. A creative leader, with strong analytical skills who can assess the impact of digital initiatives and make data-driven decision, providing innovative and new digital solutions to meet the needs of rapidly changing digital landscape and their organisational needs. A strong leader who has experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects that involve significant cultural and technical change. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent project management skills including planning, execution and benefit realisation and strong understanding of change management principles and practices to effectively manage transitions and minimise resistance. This role operates as part of a global team and periodic travel to Spain and other company locations may be required.
