Join our client at Hinkley Point C as a Supplier Quality Manager, where you’ll ensure excellence and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain. As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will work as part of a diverse, multi-skilled team, supporting the Quality Lead in delivering all aspects of the supplier quality function. Your expertise will help us foster a culture of defect prevention, waste reduction, and continuous improvement, ensuring we consistently meet customer requirements. What You’ll Do Champion Nuclear Safety by promoting a strong, compliant safety culture throughout the supply chain. Develop and oversee supplier quality arrangements and performance metrics. Monitor and improve supplier quality and delivery performance. Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure supplier processes meet product and process requirements. Implement a risk-based, data-driven approach to seize opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks. Analyse supply chain non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Manage supplier audits, manufacturing kick-off meetings, and schedule adherence. Review and accept key quality documents, including End of Manufacturing Reports (EoMR) and Life Time Quality Records (LTQRs). Oversee supplier training and ensure compliance through effective source inspections and audits. What We’re Looking For ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualification with hands-on auditing experience. Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a team of engineers and inspectors. Strong understanding of core manufacturing and inspection processes (e.g., fabrication, extrusion, coating, NDT). Experience leading and facilitating improvement projects using problem-solving tools. Degree qualification or at least 5 years of quality management experience in a regulated industry. Desirable Qualifications Experience in the nuclear sector is advantageous. Membership in professional bodies such as CQP MCQI or ASQ CMQ.
