Job Title: Power Platform Administrator

Royal London’s Service Delivery and Operations team are currently seeking a Power Platform Administrator to join them.
The Power Platform Administrator will be part of a wider team that support the Microsoft 365 platform and have the opportunity to shape the direction of the platform, which has been recently introduced, ensuring ongoing governance & management of the platform, as well as working with stakeholders across the business to increase adoption.
About the role
1. Work with Infrastructure Managers and Technical Specialists to define policies, set standards, and operate controls that keep the platform safe & operating efficiently.
2. Provide technical ownership of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
3. Develop and operate key control processes & use cases using the Centre of Excellence toolkit.
4. Ensure there are no unplanned outages, and that system availability is maintained for consumers of the platform.
5. Develop and maintain a roadmap for the platform, with a focus on continuous improvement, enabling new capabilities and maintaining the service.
About you
6. Knowledge and experience administering/managing Microsoft Power Platform on an enterprise scale.
7. Knowledge and experience of using the Centre of Excellence toolkit to manage the platform in a secure & efficient way.
8. Understanding of using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to manage deployment through test, pre-production and production environments.
9. It would be desirable for you to have experience supporting other Microsoft 365 products, such as Teams, SharePoint, Viva etc.
