Your Key Responsibilities
As an IT Procurement Administrator, you will be responsible for processing IT equipment and telephony orders, whilst ensuring that SLA’s are adhered to. This will therefore see you tracking, coordinating and escalating issues on orders and ensuring orders are installed to costs. This is an integral role to our IT Deployment team, reporting into the IT Procurement Team Leader; you will work with key business contacts, project groups, and client teams to ensure a seamless service is offered.
Our Ideal IT Procurement Administrator Will:
To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you; you will ideally have experience in an IT Procurement role, however – this role would also be suited to a recent IT/Procurement Graduate or an experienced administrator who has outstanding project coordination experience. As an individual, you will be well suited to this role if you are able to work using your own initiative, multi-tasking and constantly striving to deliver an outstanding service.
